Thumbs up July Exercise Challenge

Summer is heating up! Let's keep moving! The monthly exercise challenge thread begins with stating our goals for the month, and then continues with exercise logs as the month progresses.

State your exercise goals for the month of July here. They will be added to our goal list. When your goal is met, it gets turned RED in celebration! Track your progress all month long with a supportive and encouraging group to cheer you.

Our sister thread, July Weight Loss Challenge, is available for non-exercise weight loss goals. Join one or both threads and let's get moving!

My July exercise goals: go to the gym 21 times (which is 5x each week) and do at least 30 min of cardio.
Do strength training 13 times (3x a week)

Hi there. This will be my first time posting in these threads and I'm really looking forward to it. I really want to make July strong with exercise so my goals for the month are going to be a bit more ambitious then normal for me.

July Goals:
30 Day Shred 6 days a week.
Bike 100 miles per week.
Do one additional workout dvd Monday-Friday.
Zumba on Saturdays.

60 miles on bike

I've decided to leave 3FC, In the crowd of so many, those of us with no success that have the audacity to feel bad about our incredibly slow and almost stagnate weight loss, are merely a nuisance to those that are successful. I hope everyone else finds the support they need.

Because I'm going to be moving, getting married, etc. this month, I can't promise any consistency in my exercise. So instead I'm going to promise myself that I will workout somehow for 30 minutes three times a week. If I can't manage at least that, it's because I'm not trying, not because life has gotten in the way.

My exercise goals for the month are:

1. Complete a Firm Express Rotation which consists of 4 workouts a week (I'm on day 3).
2. Walk 3 times a week in addition to the Firm workouts.
