This morning was my midmonth weighin. I'm only down 3.4lbs from the 1st. =P Pretty bummed. I've been completely on plan and exercise 6 days a week.. 15lbs for the month is pretty much out of reach. I just hope I'm not moving into a pleateau, I've never hit one before.

I'm smack in the middle of a plateau right now, I hope you dont go through this, it just really sucks.

I lost 5lb from the beginning of the month and now i'm floating around 183 and 184 and its making me angry lol

I am now realizing 15lb may be a little too much for one month, so I'm just going to aim for 10. lol
5 more pounds, that's a little more attainable! I think?

Hope the rest of you girls are having a better time than I am!!

I'm at the same 8 pounds lost as last week. TOM is here this week so I think that may have something to do with me not losing. It's discouraging. Yesterday I went off my IF plan and ate whatever (no bad foods in the house) I wanted all day. I didn't log the calories but wrote everything down. This morning I input them into my tracker website and I was only at 1,500. Haha! This this morning I was out of my favorite tea so I had to drink water until my window opened up. I had a huge lunch... A can of tuna with miracle whip, pickles, onion on an whole grain sandwhich thin, and a huge sminach salad with apples sliced in it and sesame ginger dressing. It was a whole plate and a giant bowl of food and yet was less calories than a hot pocket or frozen entree (330cal). It totally made me motivated again. I think I'm hopping back on the calorie counting/lower carb wagon and letting go of the discouragement of not losing this week. I think if I plan better I will be able to make it to my calorie goals each day. Logging only 600 a day was getting mighty sad. I'm also opening my window to include lunch until I can figure out how to fill my quota. I'm looking forward to this weekend. I cleaned out my fridge and i"m ready to fill it with great choices.

Are we all still doing this? Come on ladies, Any loss is better than no loss and the only way to lose is to try. I'm stil at 198 but TOM is gone and so is the bloat.

i hope you all are still trucking right along.

Hey guys! Sorry I kinda vanished but it's been a crazy month for me with my dad going into the hospital twice and unnecessary friendship drama! Seems like everyone is doing AWESOME! I'm only down 4 pounds for this month but at least it's not a gain! Maybe I can still get in a decent loss before August 1st. Again, congratulations on everyone's progress!!

I'm still here. Last week was hectic, my son got a really bad viral rash ...

So, I'm checking in in with a loss... 196.2 this morning. So I'm down 8.8 lbs. I am pretty sure 6.2 lbs won't come off in 6 days unless I do one of those cleanse programs... So, yeah, probably not. Anyway, it's still a loss and any loss is better than no loss. I'm going to keep pushing through this challenge and hopefully be able to hit a nice round number of 10 lbs lost in July.

Good job on all your losses.

I did it. 15lb in July!
Would I do it again?
The skinny girl inside wanting to come out says "YES!!!!"
The chubby girl suffering from insane migraines says "Take it easy !!!!"

We'll see how August goes. I'm just psyched cuz I may actually hit my bday goal

Hope ur all doing great! Xo
