Yay! My WI today was still 278.2 but I an super happy with that 4 lbs! As my first real week with WW I am sure most of it is water weight, but I have stayed in my points everyday, exercised 4 days, and drank an oceans worth of water
I start two weeks of twelve hour shifts this week at the hospital, so I am really going to have to work on packing healthy, quick to eat lunches. Any tips for me ladies?
