  • June goal is to work out 6 times per week! Lets go chicks we CAN do it
  • My goals are:

    1. Complete week 5 of C25k by July 1... Started W1D1 5/30/2011
    2. Complete the June 30 Day Shred challenge, missing only one day if necessary
    3. Park far away everywhere I go, except when working at night at the mall
  • My goal is to be consistent in doing c25k and completing 30 Day Shred, even when I'm out of town.
  • Hi everyone! My exercise goals for June are to:

    1) Work out at least 5 days per week
    2) Start C25K Sunday, June 5th and stick with it the entire month
  • GOALS:
    1) Exercise at least 5 days a week, including:
    -Spin class tuesday and/or thursday
    -Abs at least 2x week
    -At least 1 outside bike or run per week

    2) Try one new class this month

    3) Hold 1 min plank
  • MY goal is to complete the 30 day shred, even when i am feeling lazy and unmotivated..
  • I'm in. It was fun keeping track of my workouts last month. The week of the 13th will be a no-go. I'm teaching VBS during childcare hours at my gym, so won't be going at all that week.

    June Goals: Gym 5x/week (Cardio x5, Weights x2-3), volleyball x1-2.
  • I'm going to set a more reasonable goal for myself this month, and baring any more hospital stays, I intend to make it! I'm going to shoot for exercising 24/30 days and a total of 50 miles walked.

  • Keeping my workouts going every week cause I start a very hectic summer schedule... Want to maintain my 3 times a week n hoping to push for 4.

    Gym 5x/wk with at least 45 mins cardio (plus reg strength training)
    Ab work 5x/wk

  • My goal is to go to the gym at least 5 times a week, for at least an hour.
    -M/W/F cardio and abs
    -T/Th cardio and weights

    Off to a great start this month. I woke up sick and my 2 kids are sick also. Nothing gonna happen in the exercise department for me today.

  • I'm in. My goal again will be to do 22 workouts this month. I also want to focus more on strength training.
