I joined 3FC seriously on 1/1/11, have lost 56 lbs./25%, and have assembled a platoon, a group determined to give 110% every day to achieving their weight loss goal. Some of the ladies nicknamed me Sarge, so Sarge it is!

--Please join if you're serious about dropping pounds and melting your BUTT-er (that's a salute to one of our troops) and have a sense of humor!

--Please join if you want daily motivation to achieve your goal. Sarge has plenty of time to keep an eye on you!

--Please join if you want Sarge to scream in your face like Jillian Michaels on Biggest Loser because that's what you're gonna get!

--Please join if you understand the definition of challenge, "...a call to engage in a contest, fight, or competition," this is your life we're talking about!


--Don't join if you're gonna bring excuses!

--Don't join if your head isn't in it yet. We'll be here to embrace you with well-toned arms when you're ready.

--Don't join if you're overly sensitive to comments like "step away from the buffet!"

--Don't join if you want to discuss anything other than get this freaking weight off of me! Sarge is type A personality. Reading touchy-feely stuff makes Sarge's eyes bleed!

RULES: Simply make Sarge a promise each Sunday to lose a certain number of pounds the following week then DO IT! New Privates encouraged to join any Sunday!

WHO IS WITH ME?!?!?!? All are welcome (including men)...any age, any amount of weight to lose. Say "Yes, Count Me In Sarge!" Do it, you know you want to, then drop and give me 20 minutes of exercise!

Just doing a quickie ( MadamB..... )

Actually am sticking to my calorie balance even with Sistah here! I've been drinking Bud 55's which are surprisingly not bad. We spent the day floating the Salt River (Arizona's Beach Party wooooo! ) and now looking deeply tanned and am super happy.

Cheshire: My old neighbor that runs uses some kind of program on line for her running workouts. I think you can put in the length and date of the race and it will create a "running schedule" for you . . . Not 100% sure how it works, but she used it to get a training schedule for a marathon . . . I'll try to call her tomorrow to get the website.


Oh and SARGE, I don't like soft, limp zucchini . . . I like them FIRM and BIG!!! LOLOLOLOLOL . . . OMG I am sooooooooooooooo BAD

Morning Platoon.

Yeah, I gained this week. I'm not very surprised...I kind of knew I was subconsciously letting myself fall off plan since it was the last week of school and I had a good loss last week.

One step forward and two steps back, no one ever gets very far like that!

I'll whip myself back into shape Sarge!!

A note about June 1--National Running Day.
If anyone knows people (or yourself) that do like to do The Rock and Roll Marathon series (they do half marathons and sometimes have 10k or 5ks attached to the marathon) they are having a little sale on June 1st if they are looking to register for any of them.

OK, awful quiet here this AM, SARGE is out of the house and Cheshire is sleeping in . . . and it's after 8:00 . . . UH OHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

OK, I did Week 6, Day 1, but I guess I remembered it wrong . . . I thought I was suppose to run 8 min, 5 min, 8 min with 3 min walks in between, (which is what I did) BUT I was suppose to do 5 min, 8 min, 5 min with 3 min walks . . . OOOOPS, but it was a few extra minutes of running and hopefully will make Day 2 easier . . . I hope

Sorry about the zucchini joke last night, I was TIRED and work was a bit of a mess . . . UGH!!! and I didn't want to go with the wine the night before weigh-in so it was tasteless zucchini jokes . . .

Kneed: Are you still doing C25K??? Warrior dash in less than a month . . . WooHoo!!!
