Madam: You are so hilarious, sweet, and awesome for taking over the charts! I stopped doing the C25k program  My shin splints were becoming so painful! And I noticed a sweat a lot more when I do interval running when i run a min and walk a min. But im hoping it will increase my stamina!. I was actually just youtubing warrior dash videos yesterday...it looks like crazy fun!!! Im so excited/nervous. Are you going to wear a costume???

Hello Everyone!
Got back late from the wedding and it looks like I missed Sarge's send off.
I am happy to say that I broke even this week. With the wedding's rehearsal dinner at a fancy Italian restaurant and the wedding itself with tons and tons of food/drink I'm glad that I didn't gain a pound
I trekked 14.5 mi this week. I'm going to try and get 15 again this week even though I'm going back to work.
I pledge 2 lbs this week. I will make up the difference for my breaking even week

Hey everyone!
Sorry for being mia... I've been going through a lot and just having a hard time mentally. I haven't weighed since Friday, but as of Friday I was down 3.4 pounds. Hubby stole my scale and hid it and is not giving it back until next Sunday morning. I need the break from it to just fooooocus on being healthy and determined WITHOUT a number telling me if I'm doing a good job or not.
Sorry to be so quick but I'm off to finish some last minute homework and go to bed. I'll catch up in the morning

I was thinking, in honor of National running day & Sarge's pledge to gain less than 10, why don't we do 10 of something extra everyday this week (push-ups, crunches, dips (ick), toe touches, or whatever) and on Wednesday, June 1 (National running day), do (extra) running for 10 whether it be run 10 extra miles, 10 extra seconds, 10 blocks, 10 steps or 10 seconds . . . ok, stupid idea or what??
EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT DAY, I'm off to trek some miles on my bike, then small clothes shopping, cooking out tonight and there will be Margaritas!! OK, maybe just one
