I am having a really bad challenge this time. Trying to refocus because I will be on vacation for the next two weeks and I want to be under 146 when we leave Friday!

I miiight have hopped on the scale earlier (bad me!) and seen a loss from my 137.4 weigh-in this morning, but I will not record that until tomorrow, because I technically only weigh myself once a day, and once I record my official one in the morning, I don't consider it until the next day. It could fluctuate anywhere by then!
