valo: You'll do it! I just did level 1, day 5 yesterday, and when I started I was always following Anita. Now I'm mostly following Natalie -- in just 5 days!! It's a great program, though now that I'm getting comfortable with the moves in level one, I'm nervous to move on to level two, lol.

Ferumbras, I am convinced I'm able to do it also! Today I just had 55 min walk (including 15 min of jogging, personal record) and 20 min of exercise bike done and I was still seriously craving more burned calories after a little break. So maybe it was the reason why the aerobics and especially jumping jacks were just KILLING me. Wishing my body wasn't such a wobbly mass! It took my breath away. Also, I used my laptop to run the video, very bad sound quality and looking from down to screen level while doing abs... not fun! Looking forward to real DVD.

Welcome valo and kbj0123!
Just to remind everyone, we start on Wednesday! On Tuesday I'm going to post my starting weight and measurements. I'll make one big post and put everyone's up as you post them. I'll be measuring my waist, right thigh and right biceps, but you can post what ever measures you want to work on; calfs, chest, body fat whatever.
I'm really starting to get excited!

Also welcome to Annie and dcapulet!
I made a spreadsheet! The link is in the first post. Hopefully it works and the format isn't too horrible.

Oooooh - can I join too!!!
I've done 30 Day Shred a few times here and there, but never stuck with it. Joining all of you for the month of June would be fantastic motivation to actually complete the whole 30 days!

I'm in! I've been false starting it for the past week or so, having a group will help make me more accountable.
I'm just getting started in my weightloss, so I doubt it's worth taking measurements. Maybe I could just track my weight?

I'd love to join too if that's still ok! I just did Day 1 yesterday - and am so sore that I might skip today, making me ready and able to start on June 1 with you all.
How do you all take measurements? I'm guessing with a more advanced tape measurer than the one that I use around the house! If I can't use that, I'll probably just track weight - and I took a 'before' picture yesterday.

I use a fabric tape measure, so it bends easily around my body.

I'm using an old fashioned fabric tape measurer too. I don't think be have to be precise to several decimal places. Like I said above; this is your challenge, if you just want to track your weight, that's fine. We're here to support each other! (We Rock!)
