I haven't done day 4 yet (will do it tonight), but I am so relieved to already feel the soreness subsiding. But, my wrists are killing me! The pushups are almost unbearable with the pain in my wrists. To be fair, for several months now I've wondered if I have carpal tunnel syndrome (have all the sypmtoms), so I think the pushups may be affecting it. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions for the wrist pain?

I bought this years ago but I couldn't use it. Why? Because my dvd doesn't have a remote and I gotta have one to do this vid lol Never fear! My husband bought me a brand new wide screen laptop so I will now do the video on it!! Day 1 starts tomorrow!!! I watched a little of it on the computer. OMG! lol
Level 2, Day 2 today. Getting better, but it's still a struggle to get through it. I just keep reminding myself how much better I got at the exercises in level one over time. It's sorta motivating, lol.

I should be on level two but am nowhere near readyand I'm almost embarrassed to admit that its day 12 for me.! I still can't do the first cardio set, my arms burn on the anterior raises (with measly 1lb weights) and I still can't do a real press up. I'm pushing myself each time by making the moves harder but I wont move on to level 2 until I can do level 1 properly. I think that I may be on level one for a long time!
Ferumbras: Thanks for your words! Tbh the only person I'm really competetive with is myself. I'm impatient too but my body isnt playing ball yet. Give it time.
I'm struggling to find the motivation tonight, my whole body is aching, but not from working out.. from work. I definitely don't want to stop on day 4, so I'm going to rest up and even if I workout late.. it's still a workout!
Mom24 - When I moved to level 2 I found some of the moves were easier, very weird, but if you get bored it might be worth it to move up.
Rated - my feet were the issue yesterday, working 8 hours on your feet and then jumping jacks/jump rope definitely not so fun!
Day 3 done...I was tired but I still managed to complete it. I'm off to bed bc I'm gone the whole day tomorrow so that means an early morning workout ehhh
Day 4 complete.. my feet are less sore, I put on some older runners and they were much better! I am dead tired as well! Anyone gaining some weight? I think I'm up 3 pounds so far.. hoping it's just water weight from sore muscles!
SwimGirl - I gained weight too. I weighed in on Day 1, and on Day 3 I was 2 lbs heavier (and I stayed within my 1200-1500 calorie range). I was super sore that day, so I'm also hoping it's water weight. I don't "officially" weigh in again until Wednesday. I'm trying not to let it get me down too much for now. Frustrating nonetheless.
