Today is starting off good for my work free weekend! I ran 3.25 miles today (yay me) then walked to cool down. The weather is beautiful.. . . And I am down another 2 pounds from tuesday. Its weird, since I'm not doing much different, except the de-stressing music on breaks. I guess taking stress out does help!

D house work. No school today so I am babysitting my nephew this afternoon.
I'm not sure If I'm working out today. Two 3+ miles days in a row, something I haven't done in a while I may let my muscles rest. Or I may just run a couple miles. We will see later on.
