Ladies, do we want to do the weekend challenge to stay OP over the weekend again? I really did me good last weekend. I need to be more consistent with logging my daily food here too for accountability.
GettinFit ~ Yes, I will join you for the weekend challenge. I won't be able to do it next weekend b/c that will be my birthday weekend and we have a lot of things planned, so this weekend would be awesome. Count me in!!
I WI at 177.0 today which is 2.2 pounds less than last Friday. I bumped down my calories a bit and bumped up my exercise a little.

Great job Emme!!! I think I may need to bump my calories down a bit too. This week I averaged around 1800-1900 and I think that's way too much for me. Last Fri I weighed 224.8 and this week 224.2. Even though I'm down .6, it's not enough at this stage of my journey. This coming week, I'm going for 1400 calories.

Yes, I have been scale obsessed this week LOL. i don't like it when objects go bipolar. It actually gave me the same number EACH TIME i stepped on it!! still waking up here *yawn* more later all WE CAN DO IT!!!

That is still a loss which is awesome!! Any loss is better than a gain. Maybe try for a range starting at 1400 and going up to 1500? That way if you are ever around 1423 or 1463 it's not panic-mode or anything like that for going over 1400. Just a suggestion. That's what I have to do b/c some days I'm fine eating 1600 calories, and other days I want that extra little snack so I come in around 1675. I'm sure you will do wonderfully!!
