1st~ No exercise, rest day. 1292 calories. 56 net carbs. 104oz water.
2nd~ Biked 17.59 miles. 50 pushups. 1393 calories. 66 net carbs. 136oz water.
3rd~ Biked 17.12 miles. 1372 calories. 58 net carbs. 140oz water.
4th~ Biked 17.16 miles. 1378 calories. 68 net carbs. 136oz water.
5th~ Biked 17.05 miles. 1447 calories. 54 net carbs. 136oz water.

My goals for May:

1. Run non stop to the bf's house (about 3 miles)
2. Plan my meals completely and stay at 2000 cal's/day
3. go to the gym six days a week for a full month
4. Be happy Now!
5. lose 10lbs.

I'm a little late! But I'd love to be involved in this =). Feels like I'm involved in loads of challenges but I wouldn't have it any other way! Should start making a list of them! Anywhoot!

Weight Loss Goal: 182 lbs (Total of 2 lbs - Nice and easy, might bump this down if I reach it before the end of May!)

WOW Patty! I can't believe how close you are. I hope you make it real soon. I can't wait to get there too.

Ladies, do we want to do the weekend challenge to stay OP over the weekend again? I really did me good last weekend. I need to be more consistent with logging my daily food here too for accountability.

GettinFit ~ Yes, I will join you for the weekend challenge. I won't be able to do it next weekend b/c that will be my birthday weekend and we have a lot of things planned, so this weekend would be awesome. Count me in!!

I WI at 177.0 today which is 2.2 pounds less than last Friday. I bumped down my calories a bit and bumped up my exercise a little.

I hope everyone has a great Friday. I'm so happy it's the weekend, and I'm looking forward to staying OP this weekend!

Great job Emme!!! I think I may need to bump my calories down a bit too. This week I averaged around 1800-1900 and I think that's way too much for me. Last Fri I weighed 224.8 and this week 224.2. Even though I'm down .6, it's not enough at this stage of my journey. This coming week, I'm going for 1400 calories.

OK, we're on for the weekend! I WILL stay OP and I WILL NOT let the scale discourage me.

Just checking in, My scale and measuring tape have quit being bipolar YAYY!!! thats so friggen awesome to me!!

Yes, I have been scale obsessed this week LOL. i don't like it when objects go bipolar. It actually gave me the same number EACH TIME i stepped on it!! still waking up here *yawn* more later all WE CAN DO IT!!!

That is still a loss which is awesome!! Any loss is better than a gain. Maybe try for a range starting at 1400 and going up to 1500? That way if you are ever around 1423 or 1463 it's not panic-mode or anything like that for going over 1400. Just a suggestion. That's what I have to do b/c some days I'm fine eating 1600 calories, and other days I want that extra little snack so I come in around 1675. I'm sure you will do wonderfully!!

Ok, I'm OP with you for the weekend. We can do this...we did it last weekend!
