Morning everyone :D

Lanilin & Sarge- Thank you, hopefully this week I can step it up....lol

My classes are officially over and I have the next week off until I start my externship and that will be about 6wks, and with luck that will turn into a job, because that would really be awesome. So now I should be on here more often....yay Its been a hectic two weeks and I'm glad its done with. No more until fall!

Went shoping on sunday and bought much needed supplies, so i'm good to go for the next two weeks, well except for little things here and there like fruit and such. On a plus side I finally tried asparugus and soy milk, which I found that both are high up on the foods I like list.

Admitedly I've been slacking in the exercise department though so while my eating habits are much better I need to get back on board with exercise. :D

Pokey: I would for sure do the boxing class..its longer, and you get more for your money!

Starting Week 2 of C25K!! Excited and nervous but i can feel my stamina getting better so thats exciting!

Kneed -- WTG on week 2! When is your Warrior Dash? I want to add it to our long term goal list?

Short & Long term goals:

Peanutt -- 5K / May 29th
Pokey -- 5K / July 4th
Madam B -- Warrior Dash / 7/23
Kneed -- Warrior Dash / June or September?

(Warrior Dash is a 3+mile mud crawling, fire leaping, extreme run from he**)

Signed up for next BL Summer Challenge/Red Team: Peanutt, Pokey, Dreamer, Celrae, Bnhtla, Kendrab! Oh, Sarge is gonna make sure one of you gals WINS, you can count on it!

Deanna -- "slacking in the exercise department?" WHATTTTTT??? NOT WHAT SARGE WANTS TO HEAR!!!!

Pokey -- I'd do the boxing too! Seems to me you can pick up a Boot Camp DVD (I see that Biggest Loser Bob has one on Amazon) and do that on your own, but I'd find the boxing thing intimidating to walk into unless there was a new group class. Think of all the spazzy fun you could have in boxing. I see that heavy bag coming bag to knock you over!!!!

Peanutt -- When are you doing that 5K? I know Madam B is Warrior Dash at end of July. Sarge just wants to know when to fuel up the Apache.

Deanna -- Really nice loss last week!!!! WTG!

Linalin -- When you're stuck and come up with jumping rope on your own, I don't think you should consider that a challenge "kill," that's a challenge "win!" You've found a replacement cardio!

Kendrab -- It's the BOOT for you on your McD's outing. But, whats done is done and it's a new day, it's a new week, it's new us'es (is that even a word?).

Celrae -- Right on! Surround yourself with other truly motivated people in their own weight loss battle and it's MUCH easier!

Sarge partied hard since last Friday's cocktail hour and it's time to pay the piper. It'll be TURBO TWO-A-DAYS for Sarge this week. Feel free to join the fun!

Still maintaining at the same weight 145. Lots of compliments on my "weight loss." Still got that damn inch on the waist. Will exercise more. That has to be the key! Thanks for the inspiration. Pledge: Lose that inch!:dizzy:
