  • Today has been a good day. My WEED has been great. AND I am feeling pretty good about myself.

    Well I'm glad to say that I'm down 2 pounds from my weigh in last Thursday - so I'm not quite as depressed about it! Cutting back on the carbs seems to be helping with the water retention aspect. Beautiful day here today, too bad it's going to rain for the next 3 days

    Down 4 pounds from last monday! Thats a good start to getting my body back.

    E 60 minutes at the gym. get in some weights and Abs. Maybe try for some time in the steam room.
    E eat like I do at work. 1600 cals
    D keep moving.

    Editing. I stopped by and got in 35 minutes at the gym. (Tommy wanted to go to the childcare room, that was a suprise). I am going to head back for another gym session after I drop Tommy off at preschool.
    Editing again. Workout done. 70 minutes of cardio 15 weights and abs

  • Been crazy the last few days, have also been craving bad choices and indulged a few too many, Hence I am up 2 pounds, let's get this monster going down again before I get out of control!!!

    E Treadmill time, ick. Put a new book on my ipod just for this though!!

    Got in 30 minutes (mostly running), plus extra laps at work.

    Water is going in
    cals 940 with a nice healthy dinner.

    Another good day! Day 3 being nice to myself.

    D Will be short handed today so my goal is to keep my head, and to not get frustrated.

    PrePregWeight: 164.0
    1st trimester (5-13 wks): 165.4 (+ 1.4)
    2nd trimester (14-28 wks): 182.0 (+18)
    29 weeks: 186.0 (+22)
    30 weeks: 186.0 (+22)

    I was doing really well and weighing in around 184 until tues/wed when I've been getting reflux nausea and of course downing the carbs like they're going out of style.

    Jeni & Mavis - looks like you're both doing great!

    I have to drink a bit more water, but it is way to close to bed time.

    Got my baby signed up for kindergarten My baby is growing up. (of course he is huge for being 5. 4 foot 1 inch. 64 pounds)

    Start my weekend off tomorrow. I am pretty scared, being home is so much harder to keep my cals in check. Plus I am all out of my fave healthy foods. I am shopping hard this weekend.
  • Jeni - I have to laugh because Connor is 4 1/2 and 30 lbs! Just the opposite, everyone says how tiny he is
  • Tommy is the biggest kid in preschool (and he is STILL growing).
