Got off work early today and put in a walk already, seriously thinking of a second, it is just gorgeous outside.
Welcome to kneed2lose and jojotheyoyo, nice to see some new nicks in the thread, speaking of, i'm glad Jenna finally made an appearance, i thought maybe i had stuck my foot in my mouth.
Hey you guys, nobody make fun of my tigger.  Always had a soft spot for him.
LOL the price tag was still on him... Sears 6.49 circa 2001 , yay he's ten years old.

Hey everyone..I've done great yesterday and today food and water wise. The exercise department is another story. I just can't seem to get out of bed earlier in the morning. I would like to build up to waking up at 5. As of right now I'm getting up between 6:20-6:30. I am so not a morning person, but I WILL consistently start waking up at 5 am (M-F) by April 15!!!

Reso--I wasn't making fun of Tigger, just saying that I had a bounce in my step today that made me think of Tigger. And I agree, those sunny skies today make a person want to do so much more!

Sarge I did a 30 minute power walk just for you! Plus I will be walking 5 blocks to and from class tonight (those are the big city blocks) so, I will get some exercise in. also great work on round 2 !

 to all our newbies! Yeah, fresh butt-er to burn!
I got in my after work walk. I'm not positive on how far or long, but it was a hour at least. Maybe a smidgen more.
Eating on plan for the most part. I did have a few saltines with honey right after I got home. Oh my stomach was growling. But been on it for the rest. Clementines, strawberries, apples and baby carrots were consumed today!
Working on my hydration too.
(Oh and yes....you can not beat me in the morning posts! NEVER! Well....except maybe that one time when someone went for a 5 am run...but right. Never!)

SARGE: RAINBOW HAS BEEN FOUND, LURKING IN BEHIND THE SAND DUNES OF FLORIDA . . . LOLOLOL
RAINBOW: OHHHHH I'M SOOOOOOOO JEALOUS . . . . HOPING YOU'RE HAVING A GREAT TIME . . . RIDE THAT BIKE AND STAY AWAY FROM THE SALT WATER TAFFY . . .
ROUND 2: COMPLETE, BUT I didn't take the bike out, instead I loaded up my backpack with my 2 8-lb weights, 2 5-lb weights, 2 1.5-lb weights, one 5 lb bag of Masa and a 4 lb bag of sugar (39 pounds) and went for a 3 mile walk . . . OMG no wonder I didn't exercise, I was sooooooooooo GLAD to take that backpack OFF . . . am icing knee NOW!!!
If anyone is feeling frustrated, or thinking bad thoughts . . . I would suggest doing this . . . it feels sooooo good when you're done.
