Question, every time a new thread is started, do we start over with our current weight at that time? For example, I started at 120 when this thread was created, when a new thread is created tomorrow, I will around 118.6 so do I start with that weight or can I start with 120?
How are you all losing 5lbs so quickly? It seems like there is a new thread every week.

You start over
When I won the last challenge I'd only just started my weight loss journey and was losing quite quickly, it's slowed right down now so I'm losing 1.5-2 pounds a week.

the weight seems to come off quicker in the beginning, and also quicker when you're bigger because bigger bodies burn more calories. a rare advantage? who knows.
