My goal this time will be 12 pounds by May 5th. One of my personal goals is to be 185 by April 28th, so this should help keep me on track for that.

I got your PM! Thanks for starting this! My next mini goal is 190-to no longer be obese on the BMI charts, so I will pledge 8 pounds for this challenge. I have a vacation coming up beginning of April, so I am hoping that is a reasonable goal, knowing I may gain a few on vacation. Good luck to everyone! I will probably keep sunday as my weigh in day.

Hey Jomatho! It's great to have you back in the challenge! Don't worry too much about the vaca - just stay on track before and do your best while away. There may be some water weight to drop off, but the challenge will be right here waiting for you to get you back in the saddle!

As for me, I can't ever remember being under 170 since I was 12 years old, so I think I'll set my sights on 165 by May 5. That's 11 lbs, and it will put me in the "overweight" BMI range for the first time since I can remember! Good luck to you all with your individual goals.
