Back from my run Sir!

Were there hills? Heck Yes
Was it raining? Oh yeah
Did I kick some a$$ and take some names? Affirmative!

6.2 miles done, 59 minutes!
My legs love it.

Courtney-Don't let that cold get you down! And geocaching, love it. I haven't gone in over a year. I need to get back into this summer.

Rainbowsmiles-I'm in awe of your gym time! Way to sweat it out!

I'll promise my pounds tomorrow when I weigh in.

Good Luck, Everyone!

Steven Tyler recently praised an American Idol contestant with..."s** fire and save matches, f*** a duck and see what hatches!" SARGE feels the same way about the attitude coming from this platoon! Awesome!

Sarge just completed 10K run/jog/puke in 80:55, plus free weight session AND in honor of the divine MadameB did 30 crunches and vows to add 5 more each day until he meets the GooMaster 400 Challenge...(could be a new Nascar race). P.S. Thanks for bringing your friends...the more the merrier!

On the "Rainbow" matter...how about Rainbow1, Rainbow2...kind of like Thing1 and Thing2 in Cat in the Hat! Kidding...perhaps RainbowUSA and SpanishRainbow?

Cheshire!!! Dayum! Nice run time. You took those hills like a WOMAN! At the Boston Marathon pre-game activities they have a wall where you can sign your name that you're gonna "knock the b*s**rd off" and that's what you did today!

Welcome Prvt. Vickie! Tell us tomorrow how many pounds you WILL lose next week and we'll add you to the giant tote board.

RainbowUSA--gf...you da man! Two-a-days?!?!!? WTG!!!!

Default Chicken In ..

Ran 2.5 miles yesterday on the Mill. Added an incline for a few minutes. Jammed to some tunes and pushed myself to run a few minutes @ 10 min./mile pace. Knees a bit sore - no pain, no gain.

My pledge: within a week, drop another 2 lbs.

I've lovin it!
