Yesterday my evening weigh in was 250, i just about made myself nauseous from putting so much into my walk but last weekends getaway had to be paid for, i still lost 3 pounds week on week even with the detour (proud of myself ) anyways...
I have 55 pounds to hit my goal weight and am aiming high ( i have hit every single goal so far so why not ? ) come June 1st i want to see that number 1 so bad i can taste it, so 87 days to lose 51 pounds is my goal, which means 4.1 pounds per week or ~2050 ish calorie deficit a day.... Eek, still thats my promise to you Sarge.

JayTee Thanks for starting this Challenge. I need extra I didn't do very well in February. I want to reach Onderland by Easter. I want to reach my GW: 132 by Dec. 31st. I'm going soon to the gym to do weights and cardio. Will enter my SW on Sunday. Sarge I want to pledge to lose 3 LBS this week, Sir.

Sarge just completed 10K run/jog/puke in 80:55, plus free weight session AND in honor of the divine MadameB did 30 crunches and vows to add 5 more each day until he meets the GooMaster 400 Challenge...(could be a new Nascar race). P.S. Thanks for bringing your friends...the more the merrier!

Well i opened up my time capsule today (my closet ) seems i used to be somewhat fashionable for a guy, decided to try on some clothes and hot damn i can fit in some, i'm so close to my destination there is no stopping me now.
Time to clean the house top to bottom- ugh, then head out for my 9K daily walk.
Ran 2.5 miles yesterday on the Mill. Added an incline for a few minutes. Jammed to some tunes and pushed myself to run a few minutes @ 10 min./mile pace. Knees a bit sore - no pain, no gain.
