Good morning ladies,
Well I have been slacking for almost 2 weeks now and today I have decided to get my butt back in gear. I am admitting that I have had some binges over the past few days and this morning I feel like "crap"

I've convinced myself that eating garbage is not worth feeling like this so it is back to being good to my body. I will track my calories today and make sure I don't go over 1600. I think I'm going to cancel my Weight Watchers membership and just calorie count for now. I still haven't been on the scale so I have no idea what I weigh.
Emme - I hope you're doing okay and thanks for starting April's thread. I promise you that we're going to have a great April!
