Hello all

I joined this group last week and I apologize for not checking in but I have been doing a great job on sticking to the plan. I've got in more intense workouts this week and my eating has been excellent. I've done good with the water too. I'm hoping to see a good loss this week.

good morning everyone. Trying to quick post. My keyboard is going wonky on me.

My Disney plans are in full swing. 2 weeks left and my life is consumed with the planning details (I love to plan!)

W 80 oz
E mile run
E1500 cals
D get through the day at work. It shouldnt be too bad.

E - under 1600 cal/day not carb crazy
E - Some. No seriously...
D - Do my best to recover before class starts again with the goal in mind - Graduation in May!

Happy Monday, going to be freezing rain here....giving it a few, I may stay home and take a personal day.

W 100 did not hit this yesterday. Suck it down today
E dreadmill, did crap with that yesterday too
E POP hit that pretty well yesterday
