I joined this group last week and I apologize for not checking in but I have been doing a great job on sticking to the plan. I've got in more intense workouts this week and my eating has been excellent. I've done good with the water too. I'm hoping to see a good loss this week.

D - Do my best to recover before class starts again with the goal in mind - Graduation in May!
Happy Monday, going to be freezing rain here....giving it a few, I may stay home and take a personal day.
