I dont know about anyone else but I am really hoping that February is better to me than January was! So here is your Daily Weigh In Thread to keep us on track and hopefully see some wonderfully deserved progress!
1/31/11 Weigh In: 166.2 My goal for February is to be out of the 160's and to add a ton more vegetables to my daily intake.
1. 167.1 Not the way I wanted to start off the month. But has to get better from here! Will do measurements tomorrow morning.
2. 164.6 AND Chest 41" (-2.0) Ribcage 34" (-.75) Waist 32.5 (-1.0) Tummy 39 (-.75) Hips 40.5(-.50) Thighs 23.5 (-.75)
3. 162.8 If I didnt geel like crap I would be dancing!!!
4. 162.6 Happy Dance! However, throat is killing me. Need to go home and sleep.
5. 161.8 So freaking happy!!!! Not sure what I am doing right, but hoping to keep it up!
