February Daily Weigh In
I dont know about anyone else but I am really hoping that February is better to me than January was! So here is your Daily Weigh In Thread to keep us on track and hopefully see some wonderfully deserved progress!
1/31/11 Weigh In: 166.2 My goal for February is to be out of the 160's and to add a ton more vegetables to my daily intake. 1. 167.1 Not the way I wanted to start off the month. But has to get better from here! Will do measurements tomorrow morning. 2. 164.6 AND Chest 41" (-2.0) Ribcage 34" (-.75) Waist 32.5 (-1.0) Tummy 39 (-.75) Hips 40.5(-.50) Thighs 23.5 (-.75) 3. 162.8 If I didnt geel like crap I would be dancing!!! 4. 162.6 Happy Dance! However, throat is killing me. Need to go home and sleep. 5. 161.8 So freaking happy!!!! Not sure what I am doing right, but hoping to keep it up! 6. 161.6 it stuck! So glad! Peaches I hope you have a great month of Feb. I agree, the daily W/I has really helped me to stay on track. My total for Jan was almost 7 pounds and I'm hoping I do as good or better in Feb. I hit a stall and stayed basically the same weight for 2 weeks.

I have two goals for the month of February.

I also weigh daily and love the motivation of checking in. I joined a daily weigh in thread in January but had computer issues and so couldn't post anymore. I'd love to be 178 by the end of the month. I walk daily with Leslie Sansone and am currently figuring out what approach to diet I will take. 7. 188 |

I was down to 152 yesterday, but have bounced up this AM, due to a party. Starting date: Feb 16: 153 Feb 17: 152 Feb 18: 152 Feb 19: 152 Feb 20: 154 (OK, I can do better.) |
