2/2: 30 min shoveling snow, 20 min treadmill; 100/1300*
2/3: 50 min Wii Fit Free Run; 150/1300*
2/4: 45 min Wii Fit Step, boxing; 195/1300*
2/5: 105 min shoveling snow; 300/1300*

Can't wait to get back to the gym tomorrow!
2/1: 100 min @ gym (elliptical, bike, treadmill)
2/2: 100 min @ gym (bike, elliptical, treadmill)
2/3: 100 min @ gym (elliptical, bike, treadmill, strength training)
2/4: 100 min @ gym (elliptical, bike, treadmill, strength training)
2/5: 35 min walk to work; on my feet all day @ work
2/6: 45 min walk to work (walked slower b/c of road conditions); on my feet all day @ work
Total for week: 480/1800 Minutes & 4/20 Days @ Gym

Day off, thank god for it. Fitness test tomorrow!!! <3 Measurements as well, can't wait!

Guh i took my day off yesterday because of the double shift and I woke up today feeling like crap. My legs were hurting and it took me forever to get going. Geez I hope all my days off aren't like that.

UGH so excited! I did better in EVERY category on my second fit test compared to my first! I was sweating bullets, which always makes me happy....but AH, I can't express how excited I am.

2:2~1~30 minutes mild cardio
2~2~30 minutes snow shoveling more to go!
2~3~40 minutes stepping
2~4~60 min shoveling
2~5
2~6
2~7~80 minutes shoveling snow
240 minutes for week one got in plenty of cardio met that goal. Didnt do my yoga as I couldnt get to the gym with all the snow. Friday I fell on my duff with a thud. So embarrassed!!!!!!!

I made an appointment with a trainer for Thursday to get started on the weight training!
