I'm sorry you are having trouble conceiving, with the research I have done it is harder for women who are heavier to get pregnant Like we don't have everything else that sucks...Grrrr.

But honestly you'll feel much better bringing a life into the world inside a healthy body. I would have NEVER gotten pregnant last year if my IUD hadn't failed on me. I had it in for 4 1/2yrs and it just decided to slip out of place. I was actually on the road to losing weight so we could start to TTC, I lost 20lbs and my Dr. thinks that might have been what caused my IUD to dropped down...idk.

Tree- I'll be using clomid as well when we get back to the doctor in Feb.. cant wait to get started again. We did two cycles last year then I had to get some dental work that turned out to be a nightmare to heal and couldn't go back for another cycle.. As long as I don't have to have anymore dental surgeries I should be good to start next month.

Are we going to have a weigh in day or are we just chatting?

Just1more- Don't worry you didn't scare me. I do have a daughter but when I got pregnant back then I weighed a whole lot less. Everything was easy and smooth but then I gained a bunch of weight and don't ovulate normally anymore. We lost a pregnancy in 2004 and I thought I was done but can't kick the baby fever no matter how much it is costing us. I've been told by my doctor that losing weight will help in falling pregnant and the clomid working better. The goal my doctor gave me was under 200 for improved chances of getting pregnant and having a healthy pregnancy. My big goal is hitting the 180's .. but if I can't make it because of a pregnancy I'll be okay with it

My weigh-in day is tomorrow and I will be keeping track in my siggy. I would highly encourage everyone to set their own weigh in days and then we can keep track here.

Hope we see lots of pounds dripping away!

Girl I totally hear you, if I can get under 200, it'll be the first time in a LONG time. I just need to make sure I feel in my head that I'm "ok". You know? It just makes me nervous thinking about it.

Sorry about your m.c. I have been through devastation similar to that and can understand. Sorry about the cyst also. I have PCOS and have been dealing with cysts as well. Sending you lots of baby dust and hope that with the loss of weight the cysts will disappear never to return.

Btw... if I have a girl I'll add Teresa to the list of possible names LOL.

Ok, weighed in today and I am down 5 lbs since I started 10 days ago. I feel that's a very reasonable loss... its not an excessive amount that I can't maintain it, and its not too low that I get discouraged.

Not sure if I've mentioned it but I'm trying to average about 2-3 lbs per week.

Can't wait to see all of our progress! Have a nice OP weekend!

Finally I have found a bunch of women with baby fever, no matter how much I try to shake this feeling it keeps getting stronger. I have a 6.5yo and a 3.5 yo and we plan to ttc late 2011. I took a preg test today which came back negative I was so happy, right now is not a good time to get preg since my husband will be deploying soon but if it happens we will be happy.

Here is my weight loss so far since I started WW and I will just keep adding on to this every Thursday, I hope to weigh at least 180 or less when we concieve.

12/2/10-230.2 (joined Weight Watchers, I was wearing clothes)
12/9/10-229.6 (underestimated on a recipe and probably overate)
12/16/10-228.6 (end of 2nd week WI)
12/23/10-227.2 (3 WW weigh in, ate all of my WP and AP)
12/30/10-226 (WW is going great)
1/6/10-225.6 (went over my WP)
1/13/10-226 ( with clothes,TOM anyday now)
1/13/10-224.6 (naked, new low, lowest weight since May2010!!!)
