In September I lost all of my will to make an effort at loss, so I decided that trying to maintain through the holidays was a good call. I'm now at the high end of what I would have preffered to call my maintenence range(I'm up 6 pounds from my low point of 224!) and I've finally decided that it's time to get myself back into the game.
This seems like the perfect jump start to get me motivated again!
Losing 5 pounds will get me back to the start of my mini goal I had abandoned, and it'll also make the number of
guys I have in my signature accurate again. I decided not to remove one, though, because I DID lose that weight. It just came back for a little visit. It'll be gone soon, though!
