EDIT: I'm having to rearrange my 'weeks' as my workout week has to run Monday - Sunday to make 6/7 possible (otherwise it's 5/7 then 7/7 because of work patterns!)...

29th - 40 mins swim, 10 mins balance board -
30th - 45 mins swim, 10 mins balance board -
1st - 45 mins swimming, 20 mins Jillian's 30DS -
2nd - day off
3rd - 150 mins snowboarding! -
4th - 40 mins swimming, 10 mins balance board -
5th - 45 mins swimming, 10 mins balance board -
WOOO!! Week one, complete!! -
