*deep breath* Hello, JC, Emi, MotherMavis, SeaWave, Sasha, JasonLea, Nixmom, NurseM, Zoo, MamaP... argghh I can't remember everyone's name!!! I have totally fallen off the provervbial food wagon. I am standing up and taking ownership that I have allowed myself to make excuses for me to binge eat!! Not only am I reaffirming myself to post everyday in WEED but I am reaffirming to myself to love myself and to treat my body like the temple it is. That being said here is my WEED for today.

JC - I hope Mack feels better and is well for her Christmas break!!

W - 96 oz and counting
E - 1500 cal
E - Zumba class tonight Yay
D - Honor myself and DO NOT UNDO all that I have accomplished.

Is everyone ready for the holidays!!

Hey chickies,

Still here. Surrounded by recovering stomach flu survivors and PRAYING it skips me. Think if I get through tonight I will be okay. Battled it myself 4 weeks ago and NOT EVEN REMOTELY wanting to suffer through it again.

Mavie~ my week has been okay. Food is not steller but portions are okay. Smoking... ugh... on the wagon then off again. Will push through a treacherous work related meeting tonight and gear up to patch up again tomorrow. Constant battle, that bad habit.

Hope you all are well. Figured I'd sneak a quick post and stake my week three spot with you girls. Keep on trucking everyone!

Kris

Will's Angel;
C25k is the Couch to 5k running program and 30DS is Jillian Michael's 30 day shred video. My main plan of exercise right now!

Uggg. So I don't want to be a whiney little baby. BUT.....

Monday I woke up crampy. By the evening I felt like I was in labor (back cramps moving through my belly and down the front of my legs). So yesterday I went to the doctor. I waited 2 hours to be pushed through because by the time he got to me the office was closed and he still had 3 more people to see. (my appt was at 355) So I left with an order for an xray and prescriptions for 3 different pills (all of which he had given me for my shoulder, which is doing ok right now thanks MM.) No uti. Thank goodness.

Mak got sent home from school early yesterday because she was coughing so hard she threw up. So I took her to the doctor today. Poor baby she has bronchitis so bad that the doc thinks it is touch and go whether she will develop pnemonia. She isn't allowed to back to school this week (ofcourse no school next week.) I feel so bad for her.

anyway sorry to rant.

Good morning....quick check in then out the door. My job starts at 4:45 and it is an hour away....this hour comes sooooo early. ugh

Mike took yesterday off as a vacation day and we basically finished our shopping for the kids, his parents and our niece (our list is really short) We still have my parents (gift cards all around probably) and our grown niece and nephew, college ages (gift cards for them too prob) but it was nice, kids were in school, we went out to lunch and spent all day together. Nice except I think we are both coming down with something. But I wont complain since it is early and thankfully we aren't as sick as you guys over at Jeni's house!!!

But going to lunch yesterday was way off plan, though, luckily, I got full faster (plus my jeans were snug so I ate less too) But if I didn't get accountable for yesterday, today it would be worse. My lunch and snacks are already packed for today and I will be strict, good to the letter.

Have a great day ya'll. xo Michelle

W-3 liter
E- B1 Fiber One/banana B2-Fiber one/rasberries L-Lean Cuisine and veggie salad S-these nut/granola cluster things....D-probably nothing. I get home by six back in bed around 7 so I can get up tomorrow and do it all again.
E- Work is gonna have to count today. Will make it a goal to do the steps
D- I may not be able to lose 100 pounds, but I can lose 10 pounds ten times.
