Yesterday was a loss. Today will be better. Went out to breakfast with work, poor choice to start my day and it did not improve.

Morning all.

I missed work today to take care of Mak. Poor girl. She is coughing so much more today. At least it isn't to the point of vomiting. She has to miss her swimming christmas party today too.

My back is still sore, but at least its managable today. I am so frustrated that I cant seem to do anything these days.

I am getting in my water and watching my cals though. I wish I could workout!

hello ladies.. i miss you all.. im here again because after 5 xmas partys and desserts galor i need a reason to stay focus and responsible. Im afraid of the scale right now but i will weigh in once i feel some of what i gained is gone..

They say ignorance is bliss but there is no bliss whe i look in the mirror..lol ill change that soon. Hope all of you are doing well sorry for being mia..
