In a hurry but felt led to come and say (as I do from time to time)~My first 5 pound challenge I weighed 237 Pounds with a goal weight of 232...~I am over 100 pounds below that 237 now~SO NEVER EVER EVER GIVE UP~~~ I Am noone special just a ordinary housewife from OHIO married with 3 kids~~~If I can do it anyone can! Have a good challenge & goodluck to all of u! ~KEY IS NEVER GIVE UP ~WHEN U MAKE A MISTAKE SHAKE IT OFF & START BACK ASAP & NEVER GIVE UP! ~HUGS~
WOW Lori259 I didn't know you had gotten to 132! It's nice to hear from you. You are such an Inspiration to me! This is a hard time of year to eat healthy. It was good to be reminded, not to give up when we have a bad day or two with our eating. The scale is finally going more in the right direction.
