  • Okay all. I am committed to yet another fresh start. My goals for November are: Log food daily and Reach 141 lbs. I've been a mess, but I know I can do better than this!

    Get to 145 pounds
    No pop
    Track food everyday
  • Ok, so this is my first challenge.

    My goal is 173 pounds.
  • My goal for November is:
    No Cokes
    Reach 170 lbs
  • Goals for November -

    Get to 136 lbs
    Start running once or twice a week
    Make it to yoga at least once per week
    Weight lift twice per week
    Stay at 1500 calories per day

    1) cut out diet sodas
    2) lose 6.5 pounds (get to 170)
    3) no snacking after 8:00pm

  • My goal for November: Lose 10 lbs. I weighed in at 181.4 today. I'd like to get to 171.4. That would surely be nice!

    I'm ready to lose some more weight

    Thankfully November historically isn't a really bad month for me. Believe it or not Thanksgiving is not a big deal. Christmas is another story........
    I've changed goals and weight for my personal New Year's Day challenge. I don't think I'll manage under 200 by New Year's Day. October was a serious setback for me. But I'm a good one for picking myself up, dusting off and getting back in the saddle.

    My goals for November:
    Weigh Daily& Post Weight
    Weight Loss Goal - 12.6 lbs (223.0)

    I'm retaining tons of water this morning. I ate seafood salad yesterday with fake crab meat. The sodium in it always makes me gain 2 -4lbs overnight so my starting weight is higher than normal.
    My starting weight is 235.6

    I'd like be 150 by November 30, so that is a goal of losing 6.6 pounds. Exercise at least 5 days a week.

    I'm going to try to add ONE off-plan meal for the month (Thanksgiving). This will be my first "off-plan meal" since I started losing weight and the goal is to not overeat or binge on that day, but to eat some off-plan type foods (pie, mashed potato, stuffing) in moderation then get right back on plan. Very experimental, and I really hope if I plan, plan, plan I can do it!

    My Novemeber goals......
    1> Weigh 200 pounds_ (loss of 9.2 pound)
    2> Cut out Diet colas
    I noticed several of you cutting out the soda, and I have been meaning to try this, no timelike the present. Especially with some buddies to do it with. I am going to go make some tea right now. good luck to us all.
