I'm ready to lose some more weight
Thankfully November historically isn't a really bad month for me. Believe it or not Thanksgiving is not a big deal. Christmas is another story........
I've changed goals and weight for my personal New Year's Day challenge. I don't think I'll manage under 200 by New Year's Day. October was a serious setback for me. But I'm a good one for picking myself up, dusting off and getting back in the saddle.
My goals for November:
Weigh Daily& Post Weight
Weight Loss Goal - 12.6 lbs (223.0)
I'm retaining tons of water this morning. I ate seafood salad yesterday with fake crab meat. The sodium in it always makes me gain 2 -4lbs overnight so my starting weight is higher than normal.
My starting weight is 235.6
Here's to a great month
