im choosing a realistic goal for this month, and i will be satisfied with any number of a loss.
if you post here i will update it, hopefully it works

At 2lbs a week, I think an 8lb loss is feasible but really I will be happy to just hit 144 (10% total body weight loss).

I'm aiming for 7lbs this month - I very nearly made my 10 (9.8) in August but I worked (imho) Very Hard for that. I'll still work very hard this month, mind!

I could really use something like this! I am just starting back up on my weightloss. Going to start exercising regularly again. Not sure of my weight at the moment... I will post again in the morning with it. Scared to get back on the scale!

Ok... so I sucked it up and got on the scale. 186! I gained the weight back I had lost plus a few pounds. I was really upset, but now I gotta do something about it!

My goal is to get back in the 170s, so 7lbs. to get there!
