  • I'm in! I was debating doing this again this month, but it's nice to have an actual account of "stalls" and such so I really know what is going on. My official goal that I made when starting this journey is to get down to 238 by the end of September, or a 7.4 lb loss. My update goal is to get to 235, or a 10.4 lb loss. I will be happy with either!

  • Me, me, me! I'm in! These forums really help me stay accountable! Aug was not the best month for me with lots of B-Days and my wedding Ann. Still managed to lose 3.8lbs. Hoping to lose 10lbs this month with help from all of you, of course!!

I've wanted to do this for a long time and although I'm scared seeing numbers fluctuate will derail me, I'm hopeful that I'll grow used to it and this will keep me on track and I'll get to tease out the patterns of my weight loss and figure out what makes me gain and lose. PS my scale only does full and half lbs...
