I have met goal. At the beginning of the month, I really had no idea that I'd be able to do all I've done. I mean, I was dying after 10 minutes on the eliptical at the very end of August for crying out loud. I am very proud of myself, and know I can add time in October. Since there's 9 days in the month left, and I've every intention to keep going, my side goal for these last 9 days is an additional 450 minutes.
