& I are going to start a new healthy regimen! Anyone can join in and post their goals, daily intakes, and what not. Challenge yourself however you feel fit!
My goals include working back up to excersizing minimally 30 minutes 3 times a week, but I'd like if I could do it for an hour three times a week ideally!
Watching the calorie intake with a goal of staying between 1200-1500 rotating...and to lose 7 lbs by the end of the month which would put me back in the 150's! Lets just take this one day at a time!
