Wow where is everyone??? We are at the casino. Food wasnt the best yesterday but I got a great workout in last night. Got on the elliptical for about 45 minutes and my knees did ok. They were hurting some when I first started but I worked thru the pain. Gonna do better with food today and workout again when we get back to the hotel. My SIL wants to shop til she drops so that might be sometime tonight. Hope everyone is doing good.
