Hi Kris.

I feel awful this morning. I think the stress of Will losing his job is finally getting to me.

Jeni ~ I'm sorry to hear you are having a hard time. I hope your husband finds another job soon. It's scarey to be without a job. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Thanks Kris. Its really not going to be that bad. I know we are very strong as a family unit, but It scares me after seeing my parents solid marrige fall apart after my mom lost her job, then my dad. Then my sister and her ex split up after he lost his job. Money isn't the issue, I just pray we are strong enough as a couple.

I don't mean to be a downer. I try to always be positive. The best thing is he will be able to spend more time with the kids and me!

We did go and workout today after work. Used that new machine. WHEW!! The guy who works in there was shocked we went 30 minutes, most people quit after 10 minutes.

W: is going in
E: 30 minutes cardio
E: going good.
D: made it through work without problems.

Those marriages were probably not as strong as they appeared before the job losses. Knowing there will be hurdles is half the battle ~ you'll be fine.

I haven't gotten a workout in for several days (over a week). I have been so tired and going non-stop. Gotta get back in the swing of things.

Wink

I was 175.8 today. you all know how stuck I have been. This is a new low for me. I have no idea why...maybe it is just because it is summer. No school, less stress, I eat differently...who knows. I will take it though. Hopefully I can continue on this downward trend.

I have no idea what i started at for this challenge. I do know that I have lost some weight. Not much...but some. That is a good thing.

Keep plugging along everyone. I had a breakdown yesterday. The stress of everything just got to me. Had a good crying fit, then talked with my son. I felt better afterwards. If the men in my life could just find work, that would be one huge worry off my shoulders. I cannot do it all.

No workout tonight. I'm just too tired.

mtiger, congrats!!

jcatron, hope you enjoyed the holiday today and didn't stress too bad.

Had to work today but stayed home tonight. Had a pot luck today and overdid a little. It's been a little more of a struggle lately.

W: not enough
E: 45 min walk/cardio video
E: 2000 calories
D: ?
