Didnt make goal last week. Has such a busy week, my daughter has been having so many events that ive been attending and its been taking place during my workout time. Hopefully I have a better week!

I've been thinking about a goal story but I think the best goal story's are the one with pictures and I'm still working on the courage to post those
You're doing great btw, we all have weeks where we just don't get it all in but as long as you just keep at it, it's no biggy! Before you know it you'll be posting a goal story, that is if you're braver than me
6/1 - Mostly a day off from excercise, as I was feeling a twinge of back pain and reinjury is not in my plans. I did take a leisurely walk with my kids to the grocery store and bakery rather than driving, so I'm counting that!
6/2 - 30 minutes of yard work - really worked up a sweat! 30 minutes on Wii EA Active.
6/3 - 26 minutes EA Active, 45 minutes WATP
6/4- rest day
6/5 - 30 minutes EA Active, 45 min WATP
6/6 - 46 minutes EA Active
6/7- rest day
6/8 - sick day

6.1: 60 min. JW Workout CT DVD
6.2: 50 min. aerobic/cardio
6.3: 50 min. aerobic/cardio
6.4: 45 min. aerobic/cardio
6.5: 45 min. frisbee (at least)
6.6: canoeing (I let DH do most of the work, but still...); 1 hour frisbee
6.7: rest
6.8: 50 min. aerobics
6.9: 40 min. Jackie Warner Power Circuit Training DVD
That works out to 45 minutes 4 times a week to get me back on a serious track!

6/04- zero intentional-getting ready for the craft show/housework

Our power went out, for no apparent reason, just as I was starting my Wii workout last night. Let's see, how did we work out before there was a Wii? LOL!
