I'm actually doing a modified version of it. I do the strength work outs and the plyometrics, but i don't like the yoga or kenpo x ( besides i do real kenpo lessons, so i don't feel its necessary)
I am also doing 45 minutes of cardio everyday. I like the p90x strength. routines, it really is a well laid out program, its easier for me than trying to come up with one myself lol
