Hey girls....
Long time no see!
I am still here. Thought about you all tonight while I was out shopping for my one piece bathing suit (I cant believe I have outgrown my bikinis). I have back slid so far and will be back here very soon.
I hope you all are doing well. I dont have time tonight to read and catch up, but wanted to let you know you are all on my mind, and still inspiring me to get back to better choices.
Hubby and I are leaving for our annual week in Havasu to fish the derby, but when I get back I am going to jump into this challenge late.
Stay strong and focused chickies... I'll be back to lean on ya for support soon. Happy early Mammas day!
Kris

Mindy~four is early for kindergarten. Do you do all day K or half? I can pay to have Tommy tested for early entry into K, but everyone tells me let him be. I just know he is way ahead of where Mak was when she started K. She didn't go to preschool at all. Tommy's is going to love preschool.
Kris I'm glad to see you.
Today Mak gets out of school early, and its Tommy's last day of this session of swim lessons. I have a ton to do before I start my work week again.
W 64 oz
E 50 cardio 10 weights
E 1400 cals
D shop for good easy food, next week starts our crazy swimming every night life.

Good morning everyone! I'm down 0.6 from yesterday, which is great because this is the first time in a while I've had a loss multiple days in a row. I think I've finally found the routine that works best with my job. Well I guess I should go start getting ready. My boyfriend and I are going to lunch and a movie to celebrate his last day of finals for this semester. We're going to Chili's and I've already planned out my meal Have a great day everyone!

Jeni- We do full day. It is a LONG day for 4 year olds.
Nix- Come back Momma!!! We miss you. We also want to see you in a 2 piece this summer, rockin the boat.
Still 179.6. Nothing budging yet. Did Bootcamp DVD today, then a 1/4 run. Just for fun. Been working in my yard ever since I got home. That is tough on the back.

Well, I ate quite a few more calories at Chili's than I intended. I had my meal all planned out (which I did get), but my boyfriend convinced me to eat fried cheese sticks. The cheese sticks added an extra 600 calories!! So I'm just gonna cut back on my calories for the next few days to try to balance it out. Goodnight everyone.

Hope everyone has a good weekend . . . I'm hoping to show a loss come Monday. Things seem to be moving sooo slowly. I am actually up a pound from the beginning of the week - which makes no sense at all. I have had a calorie deficit every day and I'm drinking tons of water. I have been walking 1.2 miles twice a day and yesterday I also added 30 minutes (5.5 miles) on my new recumbent bike. I am going to my sister's house for the weekend, hopefully I will be able to stay OP and maybe see a whoosh on Monday.

Kris~remember weightloss isn't always linear. It doesn't make sense most of the time
MM~I'm dreading the time when Tommy goes to all day school I will have to do a ton of volunteering on my days off.
Today was long. errr. tomorrow will be better.

Hey ladies -
Well this morning's food started off great, on screaming child, one pissy child and I had tea and 4 cookies. Are everyone elses kids so emotional in the morning? Anyways, DH and I took the day off yesterday and finished all of our weeding & mulching, put the veggie garden in so it feels nice to be finished so early. Usually it drags out for weeks because we can only do it in bits and pieces so this is a first having it done 100%.
Hope everyone has a great weekend and mother's day!

Happy Mother's day everyone! Another not good food day. what is wrong with me? I started losing my edge in march and never got it back. I know I just need a good workout, its been 3 days. I'm going to be afraid of the scale tomorrow, but oh well I have to admit it to myself.
