Hey ladies, still here...barely. Trying to get it together with little success lately. DH's work arrangement changed, now he's probably going to stay at a hotel out where he's working (2 hours away) from Mon-Thurs and be home Fri-Sun for the next 1-2 months. Can't really complain I guess, there are a lot of people out there that don't have jobs so we'll make it work.

Doing mediocre with the food, not horrible but not good enough to lose either, gotta get on top of that.

Tiara - nice losses!

Jeni - enjoy your long weekend with the family

Emily~thats a great attitude, but its tough. I cant imagine DH being away 4 days a week. You will probably see him more now with him having 3 days off, right? Hang in there.

Tiara~You are doing great, keep it up!

I decided I am not going to do double workouts again today. Why, well a couple of reasons, but mostly I stayed up late last night and forgot to set my alarm.

Tonight I am going to a fundraiser for my husbands nephew, a jazz band dance It'll be fun, but we aren't staying the whole time because it starts at 7 and the kids need to be in bed by 830. (its a family thing)

W 80 oz
E 50 mintes of cardio 10 strength (I'm actually missing my weights,) (editing:I got in my 50 minutes 4.75 miles!! I finally got back to 3 miles in 30 minutes!!!
E1400 cals very do-able since I will be cooking dinner tonight
D stick to my planned calories.

Seriously contemplating just calling it quits for a while. I can't seem to find anything that works. Maybe it is age, hormones, pre-menopause, stress. just don't know. All i do know is that nothing is working.

Default Happy May Day!

Mindy I'm sorry you are feeling this way. I've been there, I am there. What I know is not counting my calories and exercising makes me gain weight. So even if I am not losing I have to stick with what I am doing now so I don't gain. Are you taking measurements? That helps me. Have you seen a nutritionist? Maybe join a gym and get a personal trainer for a couple weeks to point you in the right direction.

May 1st. I can't believe how fast this year is going.

Getting ready to head to the gym. Then the plan is to clean up the house. Yippee.

W 80 oz
E 50 cardio 10 weights
E 1400 cals
D house work.

Hey chicks, how goes it?

Mindy, hang in there! You have come so far, maybe your body just needs to hang where you are for a bit. Maybe put away the scale for a while a focus on how you feel. You are more than a number!!

I have at least got back to my jogging routine, every bit helps! 2.68 miles this am and 2 walks with the dog today, so, that'll do!

W 100
E Like I said!
E OP for the most part, did have some grandma brown baked beans though.

Hi MM~gald to "see" you. Awsome job on the jogging!

Not sure what I'm up to today. Too much sodium yesterday so the scale is up. (suprise suprise) I've been planning on going to the track to run this morning, but it is raining, and I hate running in the rain. If I don't make it out, I will head to the gym at noon.

W 80 oz
E running day
E 1400 cals
D enjoy my family today.
