OMG! I've made my goal! Surreal seeing the 140's on the scale. This is crazy! I'd still like to lose 5-10lbs as a buffer for maintenance so you guys can't get rid of me just yet!
No change on the scale after having exercised yesterday morning for 50 minutes, took a 20 minute brisk walk on my lunch and then did 30 more minutes of dancing last night before bed. Maybe it will show tomorrow. Have lots to do today, but am pleased with myself that I got up early (6 am on a Saturday) so I could get 30 minutes of dancing in before starting all my chores - plan to do 30 more minutes before bed. Have a good day all.
Well this sucks, so I had a few "extra" calories last night in the form of RAISINS!! and I gained a pound! haha I'm just going to take this as bodily fluctuations because that is ridiculous!
LBLazy, congratulations! That's pretty freakin' amazing that you lost 77 pounds in less than 6 months! Sheesh. If you'd known that you could do that so quickly before, don't you wish you would have started earlier? I sure do. I don't expect I'll be on the same express train as you, but you sure are an inspiration to me!

Thanks everyone! I really can't believe it myself! & yes Louisa! If I had known that it was going to go this fast I definitely would have made attempts earlier in my life....but I can't live in hindsight now, I've still got maintenance to work through for the rest of my life!
