jcatron243 - that is sooooo awesome!!! I couldn't help but laugh at the "well-endowed" comment because I have the same fears of running outside for the very same reasons! LOL! And I also wear two bras when I workout! HEE HEE!! I don't think I could run outside right now though because for me it's WAAAY more hard than jogging on the treadmill. I need to get in better shape first. Congrats on the great run!

ThinkinThin - Welcome! We are the same height and almost exactly the same weight right now, and I too have tried to start reading the bible more (well I'll admit....I have started off with a kid's book of bible stories but at least that's a start LOL!). Let's kick some butt this challenge!!

Dab52776 - thanks for the welcome

Today was a rest day for me, but I definitely needed it. Tomorrow I have a planned day of higher carbs so I'm looking forward to enjoying a nice (within reason) meal. I'm going to be doing some pretty intense intervals on the treadmill tomorrow too so I'm sure I'll burn those carbs right on up!

angieaang - I'm glad to hear someone else is "Biblically Challenged" like me. I'm trying to read a little everynight. It's too heavy for more than that! It's good to have a partner in crime who has the same dimensions so to speak. Let's see what we can do! Here we go. Good luck!

Hey Ladies -

Only have a few moments to check in, I'll try and read the personals tomorrow. The family got taken down by a stomach bug this weekend, DH just finally came down with it tonight, kids and I had it last night into today. So, many many loads of laundry later here I am. Feeling much better but haven't eaten much of anything all day, not quite there yet. Hope everyone had a great weekend - I'll catch up tomorrow!

I met my WEED for yesterday. Here's today's plan....
W: 80 oz
E: 30 min treadmill... done
E: at least 5 clean meals
D: Busy day planned... get everything done, and then enjoy the "me time" when I'm getting a manicure
