Lori, what did you do to your shoulder? I have inherited rotator cuff problems. It took three years of doing nothing for it to heal itself. My dad, all three of his siblings, my brother and even my 10 year old nephew all have the same issues and the older generation have all had rotator cuff surgery. And none us of are athletes except my poor way-too-young-for-this nephew. He was a promising pitcher.

My scale gave me this number 5 of the 7 times I stepped on, so I guess I'll try to believe it It only weighs to .5 lb - may trade it in if I can just justify the expense.
