Cw 163.0(STILL No change~LOL but I Have not been able to exercise since yesterday I injured my shoulder again~ yesterday & today was my first day not exercising in a little over a month & I am only on 1400 calories daily So I need the break anyways~And at least the weight is not going up~So far Anyways But those 100 minutes a day of exercise complete me So I want this shoulder ot heal up soon!)

Thanks for sharing guys. I just had a total chocolate attack and ate 525 calories in Hersheys kisses, chocolate covered fortune cookies and Hershey's mini chocolates. It's half of my caloric intake of the day AND I didn't work out. Perhaps I will do a quick work out when I'm done with work just to off set them a bit. All that being said, I'm up for the challenge of losing my first 5 lbs.
