Trying to start TOM. I'm Having severe anxiety attacks.
Will try to check back in again soon...Must go lay down.Need rest and afraid to sleep cause I feel like I quit breathing cause the anxiety...UGH

As a motivator to some I just wanted to say that My first 5 pound challenge I weighed 237 and my goal weight was 232 So alot of pounds later(73 Pounds later) here I am ~SO NEVER GIVE UP~ I was in my first 5 pounds challenge Just last year.
