Emily~Happy Birthday. As popcorngal said, its just a number. Next Thursday I turn 33.

MM~You are doing awsome!

Zoochick, I hope the job works out for you!

Popcorngal, I hope you got in your couch potato time.

Mindy, How many calories have you been eating? I would cut some from your normal day.

Shari~Hurray for the new job!

Yesterday went great for the most part. I was right on with my WEED. We had short sports last night (hockey, I was so afraid) but Tommy only lasted 30 minutes and he was too hungry and tired to stay any longer. So I came home and got dinner done, and to bed by 730.

My blood sugar dropped horribly yesterday, so I need to add in a few for carbs during the day.

W 64 oz
E extra laps/standing crunches
E 1200 good cals, watch my blood sugar.
D make the most of my day.

Happy Birthday Emily! I am pushing 44. It is just a number and some numbers have bothered me more than others!!

Jeni, I do have an Ipod, last night I actually added 2 books to it as well (the local library now has free audio books on line, don't even have to go in!) so that should help. My friend and I are supposed to run tonight, but if she bails, I will run anyway! Finally learning to get back to it I think.

Shari, congratulations!!

Zoochick, Good luck with your job as well.

Mindy, you are so dedicated, it will come off!

Hey Ladies -

Birthday over, back to life as normal. Had yummy sushi last night and a 1/2 beer with my hubby. Watched the latest Harry Potter movie (I'm such a dork) and called it a night. Since I overindulged a bit the last two days it's strict OP eating for the rest of the week.

W - 64+
E - walking
E - 24 pts
D - finish painting that kitchen this week!

Ooh, I was bad yesterday evening with eating. Why, I do not know. And I did not exercise either.

Shari - that is great on the job.

Jeni - good job on your WEED. What are standing crunches?

Mavis - good attitude on your running buddy! It sounds like you are getting back into it.

Emily - How did your birthday go?

Mindy - I would start with 1500 calories this week and if you do okay losing and don't feel hungry then maybe you can it adjust it down to 1400 next week.

Today's WEED -

W - 64 oz.
E - aerobic DVD
E - 1200-1300 calories
D - train the dog

I hope I can be better today.

Heya girls,

got through my week of bootcamp BARELY. She kicked my butt this week. and the time change of class makes it virtually impossible for me to stay awake long enough to post. But I'm here now!

Ready for 3 days off, but knowing I need to start in on some cardio at home. Kicking around c25k again. Any good songs you girls are walking/jogging/running to?

I hope to get back later tonight to read up!

lots2go! nice to meet you.

MM~so glad to here you are feeling back into the swing of it.

Emily~I'm a nerd too. Love the books, movies too.

Popcorn~Standing crunches are standing up and puling in your belly button as you breath out. (almost like if you were about to get hit in the stomach). Its supposed to be as good (or better) than regular crunches because there is no strain on your back and neck.

Kris~I have a couple of new good songs but have to grab my ipod to remember who sings them. (its charging right now, I will post it later.)

WEED is mostly good, but I am going to go over with dinner I am sure. Salad from sub shop and soup probably.

Mak got her new glasses today (she looks so cute, I will post pics if I can find my camera). Tommy's ears are on the mend, Swim lessons tonight. Gotta run.

Jeni- I currently eat around 1300. I suppose I could cut to 1200, but when I've tried that it didn't seem to make much difference, except hunger. I have read several place about bumping up calories when you hit a platuea and work out quite a bit. Don't know.

Did BL last chance workout tonight. They use HIIT. It is a good butt buster. It was my last workout before weigh-in tomorrow. We'll see if Jillian's motivation helped.

Nix- Congrats on surviving bootcamp.

Hey everyone! I am now officially 23! Well I was probably wayyy off with calories today and yesterday due to going out to eat. Yesterday was for my grandma's Christmas present, and today my boyfriend took me out for my birthday. I still have this Saturday also, my parents are taking me out for my birthday. But there is some good news. I won $50 dollars at the casino AND I got a phone call this morning and looks like I have a job. She's going to start processing the paperwork tomorrow. I get to be a zookeeper at the place I did my internship at summer 2008. It's only a temporary position, but it's a start! The best part is I get to work with mainly cats (servals, lions, tigers, leopards, etc), which are my favorite!

Zoochick, congrats on the job!! Happy Birthday, I am old enough to be your mother. Oh well

Tiara, boxing sounds fun.

Jeni, can't wait to see the pics, bet she is so cute!!

Yesterday, everything was good except dinner, DH and my sons wanted Pizza Hut, I ate 3 pieces and 3/4 of a breadstick and 2 wings, washed down with Kahlua and milk and you have food porn!!

Good news is I also ran, so after all that, am up less than 1 pound. Today is about better choices!!

W 100
E Just did 8 minute abs, knee hurts, so no TurboJam this am
E Better choices today, that's all. May be going out to dinner tonight, if I do, broiled fish of some sort!
D It was one off meal, that's the one for the week. Was it worth it?

Zoochick, Happy Bday! Congrats on the job.

Mindy, its frustrating. I know I have been there. One more peice of advice, I would increase your calories to about 1500 for a week, then go back down. Just make sure your calories are clean with low sodium.

MM~I'm so glad DH is on board with me for healthy eating. We have 6 months. We are not going to be doing a lot of eating out at all.

Tiara~I love boxing with the Wii!

Heading to the gym for a 20 minute run and cardio sculpt class. saw 138 on the scale today I hope it sticks around.

W 100 oz
E done 2 mile run, 60 minute class.
E 1400 cals today
D get back to the gym and do an elliptical workout with my weight routine.

Hey ladies -

Zoochick - Happy Birthday!!!!! And an extra congrats on the job, sounds like it's going to be great!

mtiger - have you tried calorie cycling (you can google it) a lot of people find it helps them bust through plateaus.

mavis - I had to laugh at the 'food porn'! Don't worry we all have our days

Jeni - 138! Awesome, need to get my DH on the healthy bandwagon too.

Today I bit the bullet and ordered a GoWear Fit and display - I can't wait until they get here. Hopefully it'll add to the motivation to lose and help me meet my goals - I'm a sucker for graphs and statistics so I'm really excited!

W - 64+
E - none today
E - OP
D - remember my dad, it's the 13th anniversary of his death so a little melancholy today
