I am in for the month. I haven't made a goal in the exercise challenge yet but I am bound to get it sometime. LOL I was close last month just didnt get around to exercising on the 31st.

So this months exercise goal:

1250 minutes
Turbo Ab's 3x/week (12 total)

Week 1
1/1: 30 minutes WATP
1/2: 30 minutes WATP, Booty Blaster, Turbo Ab's (total minutes 62)

Weekly Total: 92 minutes/ turbo ab 1

Week 2
1/3: 20 minutes WATP
1/4: 20 minutes WATP, 30 minutes Turbo Fat Blaster, Turbo Abs (70 minutes)
1/5: 20 minutes bike, 35 minutes treadmill
1/6
1/7
1/8
1/9

Weekly Total:145 minutes/ 1 turbo ab


Monthly Total: 237 minutes/1250 minutes and turbo jam 2/12

Jan 1 - .75
Jan 2 - Nervous breakdown! Where's the road-kill scraping spatula?
Jan 3 - 2.5 miles! 1:15! (not great speed, but hey, 2 dogs! Lots of sniffing!)
Jan 4 - Running around like an insane creature -- but no dedicated exercise. Stayed way on target for calories, though, so still ended up under

All for go and go for all!
