I am just starting everything today, my diet and exercise, so I have walked 30 minutes. May not be much, but it's only 19 degrees outside, so that is all I could take. At least I actually got up and did something. Thank you for this challenge. It will definately keep me motivated.

My goal is to stay commited to the Power 90 program and "graduate" to P90X. Thus far, Day 2 success. LOL! 2010 is the year for me...No excuses, no self-doubt, no self-sabotage. No question. I will succeed!

I'm joining in. My goal for January is to do 360 minutes (min) of exercise this month. I'm starting all over pretty much... so I'm going start tonight.

1/3 - 10 min Slim in 6 Abs & 15 min Si6 Stretch = 25 mins

Hi ya'll, joining in on the exercise challenge. My goal is to set a new habit of walking every day, and for the next 30 days to strive for 7,000 steps daily. I might need to work my way up to it, so I'll post daily totals here and on my wall chart.

This was just what I needed to get me moving. Good luck, everyone!

Week 1
1/4: 8309 1/5: 7222 1/6: 5400 1/7: 7216 1/8: 0 (new haircut/celebration instead!) 1/9: 7005 1/10: 4259 AVERAGE 5630/day

Week 2 - ramp up to avg 7400/day

1/11: 9207 1/12: 9680! 1/13: 7706 1/14: 8487 1/15: 7700 1/16: 2178 1/17: 7422 AVERAGE 7482

Week 3 - ramp up to avg 7800/day

1/18: 8009 1/19: 7961 1/20: 8419 1/21: 8714 1/22: 3902 1/23: 9993 1/24: 8207 AVERAGE 7883

Week 4 - ramp up to avg 8200/day
