Hey everyone! Wow I've been gone for a while. I've been extremely busy, well for the most part. In my spare time the past 2 weeks I have been completely obsessed with reading the Twilight Saga, and I loved it. I finished the last book yesterday. I've found that reading actually helps reduce cravings for me since it occupies my mind. I've been reading instead of playing on the computer and watching TV. I have exercised a little bit, but not as much as I should be. Once my family is back at work/school I should be able to concentrate more on exercise. I pretty much maintained throughout the holidays. Yesterday morning I was at 175.6, but I ate pretty badly yesterday (pizza). Well hopefully I'll be checking in more often.
WEED for the week:
W - 64-80 oz
E - at least 3 days of cardio a week to start
E - 1200-1500 cals
D - Re-organize my room to find places for the Christmas gifts
Morning all! I am stuck right around 160, not good for me at all, but I am sticking with it and I know it will come off again.
We are going out to dinner for NYE. I will choose some sort of broiled fish, which is not a sacrifice as I LOVE fish!
W Need to get this going again, hae not been drinking as much as I should.

Been a busy week. Have been tinkering in and out of good food choices all week. SOOO glad that the Holiday food surge is dying down at work!
Mmavie - I have fish on my menu too today. I love it! Haven't had any positive scale movementment. Starting today POP though and hope to knock off a couple pounds through the weekend.
Bootcamp starts up again on Monday. We had a 3 week hiatus. I am going to promise myself to get there EVERY CLASS! I petered out the last week.
Off to work for a 1/2 day then back home to clean up, do end of year business stuff and enjoy a quiet (?) evening with hubby.

Zoochick, I love the Twilight saga. I think I have read the books about 5 times each (in the past year ). Of course I love that it takes place in Forks (I live about an hour from there ) My hometown is even mentioned a couple of times.

NewYears Eve~BOO I have to go to bed early because I work tomorrow. No partying for me. I'm thinking of planning something fun for my kiddos though.
I got my workout in this morning. 50 minute of cardio, 15 weights. I am hoping to make it back around 930 because they are offering my aerobics class today. It all depends on the noses of my children. Makenna woke up congested, Tommy is doing mostly better.

editing: I did make it to the class It was great. Tommy coughed a couple of times, but it wasn't too bad I guess. YAY

I was in bed early, since I work today, but I heard the fireworks at midnight. Will and the kids fell asleep early too, (how old are we?)
I am officially starting 2010 at 141 pounds. I maintained through the holidays, I wish I was at 139 but I have stayed within the same range, so I am happy. Whats next? getting to goal. I will be at my goal and maintaining by 2011.

Well TOM has played it's dirty little trick on me this week. I had stayed under 180 for so long. TOM hit and all I have done is gain. Up to 182.2 this morning. That is about 5 pounds in a few days. This sucks!!!!!
I lost 50 pounds in 08.
I lost almost 25 pounds in 09.
Can't I please lost the last 30 in 10??
Well I didn't weigh in this morning, but I'm sure I was up. I ate pretty badly last night. I had McDonald's for dinner and 2 large daiquiris later in the night. I didn't get home until 1:30-ish so I'm still extremely tired. I will definitely be going to bed early tonight. It's a new year and and I will be starting it off right.

Saturday, normal work hours. My life is going to be getting back to normal on Monday, how crazy is that. All of december was messed up with the kids being sick. Normal life is going to be good.
