I weighed in at the gym today and was so happy to see that I am down 6lbs since I started the last challenge.
I like the sounds of that. 234. It just rolls off the tongue. I am proud to say that I did pass my class. No school for 3 weeks. Yipees!!!!!
Great therapy workout today. 12 hour shift tomorrow then family in town for the holiday. Woot!!!! Had a very lovely potluck today after class. Did have a small amount of carbs. So am thinking another good cardio blast tonight should help. Especially since there will be no working out tomorrow. Have a great day everyone!!!
